Biography
We are producing pastrami and sausage since 1923.We productioned as Melek Meat and Meat Products Food Industrie Limited Company since 2002 and we are producing as Şahin-Melek Meat and Meat Products Food Industrie since March 2004 in Kayseri-Karpuzatan.
Our company is performed with the total floor space of 4.500 m² outdoor and 15.000 m² indoor. Our production capacity is 50 tons per day. We aim to reach to the highest level the service that Kayseri has given to the meat sector throughout the country with 150 staff and to appeal to consumers' taste.
Sahin, Melek, Sedef and Ayvaz under the name of 4 different brands and close to 100 product types are available.
Why we prefered OFISNET?
We were using different accounting softwares before OFISNET.
Because we are a manufacturing company, It was important for us to meet all our workflows and needs with a single program. Each different need was a factor that forced us to use different programs for the department.
It was important for us to be able to customize the program, make delivery in a timely manner and do our operations on the web as B2B. After we realized this need, we started to search for ERP solutions for our company and we have agreed with a foreign-based firm. But since the program we received was not able to answer all our needs, we were convinced that the program could not be used with the entire staff in the test phase. After this phase, we started to search for a company that would respond to our requests both as a program and as a service.
In this process, we met Inosis.We decided using Netsim OFISNET ERP solutions after analysis and demos and Netsim was working started for project in 2011.
Difficulties Before Using OFISNET
We did not have a Web B2B system before Netsim Ofisnet ERP. Especially we had difficulties in checking and accounting transactions. Also, we could not get the desired reports. Users were wasting their time dealing with Excel reports they developed.
After Using OFISNET
We signed the contract in December and started using our program it within 1 month. In this time we are tailored most of the process as workflows, authorizations, screen design and customizations, reporting, etc. In short, a very successful project management has been realized.Daily routines were easily done and in this way the staff adapted easily to the program. Initially it was difficult but this problem was solved through training. Through detailed authorization ,our staff at the department only to be able to do their own work. By establishing Excel integrations in reporting, we have become able to get the reports that should be in Excel environment with one touch. Thanks to Web B2B, our regional managers constantly monitor the status of their customers. In short, all our needs have been addressed.
We are happy to see that every process runs more regularly. When we look at the numbers, we see that inventory costs are decreasing and that there is faster conversion in stocks. It is an advantage for us to be able to examine all these easily. We are happy to have a solution partners like INOSIS.

In addition, we are supplying medicines by means of tenders to market.In the near future,
We want to export medicine to countries like Iraq and Azerbaijan.
Why we prefered OFISNET?
We have been used an accounting-based ERP program since our establishment. We did all of our work from purchasing to dispatching and from ordering to banking with this program. As a result of medicine tracking system started to be used in 2012 we noticed our program can not medicine tracking and Qr code notification.We decided to change the program. We wanted to do medicine follow-up and export operations with a program.The ministry of health wanted the medicines to be tracked using the Qr code.Product circulation was fast in our company therefore Qr code tracking had to be fastly.Think about,You need to do two hundred thousand boxes of input-output for export. We have examined the demos of alternative programs for the solution of this problem.
After we met Inosis and saw Netsim Ofisnet program, we decided to work.
Difficulties Before Using OFISNET
Our biggest problem is that we can not make QR code and medicine tracking system notification because our old program had not this feature.
After Using OFISNET
As I said,we can track our inventory with Qr reader system after started using OFISNET.All legislation transactions such as Medicine Tracking System,Package Transfer System are integrated to OFISNET.
Thanks to INOSIS, this Medicine Tracking System notification used in the pharmaceutical industry made it simple and fast, which made it easier for us. In addition, all of our accounting transactions, bank loans and export transactions are under one roof.The project was completed in about 15 days. The transfer of data from the previous program has shortened our structuring process considerably.
We started to use the program quickly thanks to the trainings. During this process,The experience of INOSIS, our solution partner, was also effective.

Our company was established in 2010. Our company, Kadir Has Convention Center and Stadium, 19 Facilities and many sports organizations in the organization and employs 236 staff is an establishment.According to regulation,our company is a medium-sized enterprise.
Our company, has successfully hosted many international organizations such as World Basketball Championship Group A Competitions in 2010,FIFA U20 World Cup Group B 2nd Round,Quarterfinals,Ziraat Turkey Cup 2011 Final,Spor Toto Men Turkey Cup Finals.
Why we prefered OFISNET?
Before choosing Inosis in our institution, we used different software for different needs.Using different programs were giving a disorganized image both in terms of staff and business. We could not track our transactions centrally.
We were experiencing difficulties due to the high data density.Because of this, in 2013 we were looking for a software to be easier our export.
Difficulties Before Using OFISNET
Especially for facility sales, operations, procurement operations and technical services we did not have software.Each facility is able to track transactions within its own framework, but centralized reporting was not possible.
After Using OFISNET
Firstly, I would like to thanks to INOSIS staff. They worked very hard during the transition period from the first analysis stage to the live use stage. Thanks to software of INOSIS,I can say "The software keeps up with the needs of the customers". Now ,we can manage purchasing, facility sales, stock status, technical service operations, accounting and many other operations from a single center and software.
